Michael Boyd - Executive Chairman B.Comm (UWA) CA, FACID, ASIA
Michael Boyd is the Chairman of the Company and has been involved since its inception in June 2004. Based in Melbourne he has led the corporate structuring of the company and the development of strategic vision. On a practical level he has initiated contacts with all stakeholder groups including professional bodies, regulatory boards, wholesale distributors and pharmacy groups and individuals.
Currently Mr. Boyd is the chairman of Quadrant Iridium Ltd, an ASX listed company with satellite, telecom and healthcare assets and Non-Executive chairman of RiTract Ltd a medical safety device company.
Mr. Boyd has extensive experience with companies in the healthcare industry and brings his experiences and contacts for the benefit of Express Rx. Mr. Boyd’s business history includes being the former Chairman of Sonic Healthcare Ltd, Australia’s largest pathology and imaging company, former director of Silex Systems Ltd, a technology company involved in isotope enrichment and purification for the semi-conductor industry, now an ASX listed company.
